Numerical Analyses and Experiments on the two-Purpose Collector |
Abstract |
In this study was conducted the theoretical analysis and experiments of a complex solar system to be used as both liquid and pneumatic collectors. The experiments obtained efficiency curve of a collector with variation of both water and air flow rates and compared it with that of commonly-used collectors. It turned out, through several times of experiments, that the Two-Purpose collector could be simultaneously used for hot water production and space heating with incleased efficiency. The result of theoretical analysis was compared with that of experiments, and the simulation of the Two-purpose collector. |
