| Abstract |
It is true that open space and green area in the existing multi-unit house are not used as the planner intends and aims and do not satisfy residents. First, this study analysis the relationship of the factors involving the satisfaction of outdoor environment using Pearson's correlations cofficient method. Secondly, it attempts a multiple regression analysis so as to survey the importance level that has influence on resident's satisfaction level. Thirdly, it makes proposals for the new planning standard of outdoor space in multi-unit house, searching for the problem and improvement method.The results of this study are as follows; 1. Manufactured environment must be healthy, convenient and amiable rather than physically rigid one. 2. Considering ecological variation, open space must be conformed to regional characteristics. 3. The master plan must be made considering relationship between sites. 4. Analyzing resident's composition and Life-cycle, open space must be planned so as to accomodate diverse behaviors of each class. 5. The plans for living welfare must be conformed to the territorial characteristics and resident's taste. |
