Analysis of Hysteretic Behavior of R/C Members Subjected to Load Reversals |
Abstract |
The objective of this paper is to offer the basis for use and revision of the models of R/C frame members subjected to load reversals. The consequential analytical models are surveyed and especially, compared from the view points of the consideration of shear deformation in single component model and modeling of hysteretic loop at unloading and reloading states. Also, the accuracy of each model is demonstrated in a series of 2 beams wherein analytical response predictions are campared with test results which were obtained in previous experimental study to examine the applicability of each of model. |
