Abstract |
In this paper, energy dissipation index(Di) was revised through regression analysis in the parameters of width to effective depth ratio, ratio of shear displacement to flexural displacement expressed by shear span to effective depth ratio, and ductility ratio in addition to maximum shear stress and shear capacity of stirrups which were proposed by Darwin.The effect of intermidiate longitudinal reinforcement evaluated with energy dissipation index is unsteady. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the energy dissipation index for reinforced concrete members with special web reinforcements. |
