A study on establishing milestone in Construction Network |
| Abstract |
This study is to group project activities into similar kinds of construction specified by kinds of construction, characteristics of works, time and function, and to attempt specification, standar dization and simplification of complicated progress of construction.The management system being more complex due to the enormousness of recent construction, it is now very difficult to plan total project with simple management system of the past.To plan the progress of construction centered on milestone, grouping the progress of kinds of construction and similar kinds of construction on a time schedule, is to make management area be more accurate and to let milestone do the role of checkpoint.In this study, model network is analyzed by Harvard Total Project II using 16bit P.C. which can be available at the sites of construction.After selecting a model network, a network can be drawn up by dividing into function and division according to milestone introducing W.B.S. .And W.B.S. is connected with PERT and GANTT chart.All of data can be analyzed according to milestone.The results of the study are as follows, |
