| Abstract |
Recently, many firms introduce and utilize the Construction Management techniques such as Value Engineering in order to surmount severe management circumstances. But in case of improvement activities throught VE techniques, embarrassing results, for instance, quality decline, are ofter brought out.The purpose of this paper is to develop the Performance Assurance type Cost Saving methodology which is equipped with the devices that make us achieve performance assurance certainly.In addition, it is intended that the practicality of this methodology be improved through the computerization of detailed evaluation process and communication process with database system in estimate part and the contruction of database system for selected optimal altematives. |
