A Study of Analysis on the Household Type of Rental Housing Dwellers |
| Abstract |
As a residental space for the purpose of renting, rental housing is an essential form of human shelter in current urbanized societies. There are much problems in the Korean rental housing which are rented with the respect to tenant's economic abilities.The aim of this thesis is to suggest the foundmental data for architectural design and posibilities as the stratigic variable through research of literature and empirical analysis on various charicteristics of the household types.As the result of research and analysis, the household type is proved its significancy not only as the stratigic variable available to predict housing demand but also as the independent variable available to determin housing size which are related to size of bed room, numbers of room and numbers of household member etc.The Data were analyzed to test the Chi-square and the Duncan's Miultiple Range Test by the SAS System. |
