Abstract There is no integrated definition on the facility for the impediment and special schools. Consequently the study on the Architectural legislation and facility planning for it is interfered. So this thesis is aimed to integrate its definition as the basic matrices for comparison of planning, architectural and functional aspects. The results of this research paper is summarized as below.1.In the planning, the impediment factors are considered on the basis of the educational patterns in the education of the handicapped children.2.The difinitions of each types of special school is grasped through the analysis of the systems and buildings of existing disabled-schools in several countries.According to this results, the architectural access to the special school is more difinitely developed.
