A Study on the Thermal Comfort Zone in Apartment House |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to obtain the thermal comfort range in the apartment house by continuous floor heating.In order to suggest the range of comfortable zone, black globe temperature and occupant's subjective response were investigated in Seoul city area during Faburary 1989. Black globe temperature was measured in 16 house units and subjective response were conducted in living room of 148 house units. It is concluded that the thermal comfort zone is 22.9C-24.4C globe temperature, average globe temperature is 23.7C. |
