| Abstract |
The importance of post-occupancy evaluation on multi-family housing environment has been increased. This study aims to provide information about resident's satisfaction for future design.A field surveys have been carried out with a sample of 2134 households living in 21 residential areas in 21 cities.The result of study shows that relatively small role the built environment plays in determining resident's satisfaction and the relatively large role plays by cultural, social, and personal factors. |
