This study aims to Establish Standard of Korea which is that both the Handicapped and the Health enable Facilities tot approach and utilize. But Korean Standards condition for the Handicapped is loose.Taking it into account, the Standards of the advanced countries must be compared and analyzed. The outcome will be the foundation of our basic scheme to be presented. |
