| Abstract |
This study aims to propose the amendments guideline of the bulk control regu lation in building code, in view of the collective form of urban architectures. The contents of this study can be summarized as following;First, to review the legal function of the related code in late urban development process in view of the sociality and publicity of urban architectures. Second, to define the collective control on urban architectures, through the establishment of urban architectural standards. Third, to reorganize the bulk control system focusing on the floor area index to induce positively the amenities to urban space. In conclusion, the collective control system must be organized as following:the stable standards, the planning control and the flexibility of the legal procedure. |
