A Study on Assumption Method of Residential Scale By the Condition of Householder |
| Abstract |
This study is purposed to investigate the decisive factors that have an effect on residential scale by studying the relation between the condition of householder and residential scale according to demographic character, and produce the assumption method of residential scale depending on the condition of resident by the correlational formula between the factors and residential scale.This study surveys 218 houses of random sampling by method of observation and interview, centering around small-sized apartments of 13 to 25 pyongs at the Third Jugoing Complex where is located in Unam-dong, Puk-ku, Kwangju. This study uses ANOVA of SPSS adn Multiple Regression Analysis as an analysis means and the results are as follows;In I-WAY ANOVA centering on educational background, occupation, monthly income, age of life cycle, family cycle and the number of family that decide the condition of residents their effect are appeared to be monthly income>the number of family>age>family cycle>occupation>educational background in order. Therefore this study selects the factor that have an effect on residential scale.And the correlational formula between each factor and the residential area is represented to by y=0.57X+1.04X+(-0.087X)+0.062X+0.85X+(-0.16X)-3,but estimate ability of this formula comes into 28%. Thus it is considered that the residential scale in influenced by the other physical, social and environmental factors. |
