A study on the dwelling environment and the mixed land use system |
| Abstract |
This study aims to propose applicable planning criteria and development method in the housing site.To achieve those goals, this study analyzes existing problems on the dwelling environment and mixed lans use system. Olympic atheletes' village, Jamsil Bondong in Songpaku and Mokdong in Yangchonku have been chosen for the survey of this study as well.The results of this study are as follows,First;Demand and supply planning of house must be considered by land use plan and land supply.Second;Development plan considers neighborhood system,community facilities and dwelling environment.Third; Development project of public lan analyzes land use planning in the metropolitan area, population planning and housing planning.Fourth;Goverment and local goverment loose the existing related regulation of the dweling environment and land use for the comfortable environment.Fifth;Renewal projects keep the problem at the minimum, consider the low-income brackets for the right to live. |
