| Abstract |
Zoning Regulation and Building Control are public control to meet Urban enviroment problem. This study is comparative study on Zoning Regulation and Building Control of Korea, West Germany. On the occasion of Korea, the varity of Zoning and the right of designation is prescribed by the nationwide-Urban planning Act, and the Building control in each Zone is prescribed by the Building Act. As a rule, on the occasion of West Germany committed the right of enactment to the Local autonomous entity.And the main purpose of this study is to furnish the basic data on which Korea will improve Urban Planning system thereafter. |
