| Abstract |
This study is intended to propose functional programming guidelines and method for the planning of general hospital.The contents of research include the conceptualization of functional programming, the analysis of sample hospitals in terms of functional factors, and a proposal for functional programming method of hospital.Major factors to be considered in functional programming are as follow: proper estimation of quantitative items;pursuit of medical center, specialization of space and centralization of functions;consideration of convenience facilities;selection of floor plan type in connection with circulation and clean/dirty;promotion of computerization and mechanization;and preparation of future growth and change. |
