| Abstract |
The goal of this study is to develop a rational cost model of apartment house in the incipient planning stage by statistically analyzing the past records. The main idea is to figure out the construction cost by means of the standard work trade. The process of this study is as follows,1) To draw out the most explanatory one of the regression curves by work trade.2) To make the portion factor of each work trade by the mode of the given data.3) To verify the results and test the model bulit in this study By the results of test it is confirmed that the model is highly reliable in general description of apartment house project. |
