| Abstract |
This paper aims to propose the amendments guidelines of the collective on urban architectures in commercial distrcial district, in relation to the control system and urban fabric.The contents of this paper can be summarized as following;1. Analize the specific character of the control system in relation to urban fabric.2. Compare the collective control systems of the Korea, U.S.A and Japan.3. Propose the amendments guidelines of the control system, as the planning control system with flexibility and organic relation of the related regulations. |
