| Abstract |
The aim of this study, based on the concept of autogenous modernization, is to find the transition of the middle and upper class residence according to socio-economic changes of late Cho-Sun dynasty.The urbanization of site plan and the rationality of plan layout are the representative symptom of the autogenous modernization of the traditional residences which have a close historical context with Gae Ryang Han-Ok appeared in Japanese occupation times. |
