A Study on the Condition of Increased Residential Scale and the change of Constituent Area of Net Plane |
| Abstract |
This study is to inverstigate an aspect increase in quantitative and scale change,centering around 305 planes of 216 apartment in Kwang-Ju. And aims of the study is to reveal the changes in the ration of Net Area Composition which is to be considered for the following planning of Apt's plane. For Apt. Buildings built in last twenty years situation of Apt's plane composition is analyzed in three seperate space, public, private,supporting.1)In Kwangju,apartments less than 20 pyungs that was constructed from 1980 were increased qualititatively in 1985. But since 1985, it has rapidly reduced and intermediate apartments of 21-30pyugs and 31-40 pyungs have increased. Large sized-apartments over 50 pyungs can't disregard although it is a small number.2)Pubilc area is changed by the increase of residential scale. As a result, the type is on K+L type before 1975, DK+L type and LDK type before 1980,DK+L(R) type before 1985, and the separated type of DK+L after 1985. In the characters of form, the separated types of P2 and P4 are emphasized and greatly increased.3)When change and comparison on constituent area of not plane is viewed in terms of public area, private area and supporting area, public area increases 1.3 times(5.67-7.23 pyungs) than 1970s, private area increases 1.5times(6.09-9.4 pyungs), and supporting area increases 1.8 times(1.99-3.5 pyungs). Therefore, pubilc area:private area:supporting area of apartments in Kwangju was 2.85:3.1:1 in 1970s and the rate was 2.1:2.7:1 after 1985. |
