| Abstract |
This study aims to verify the usefulness of O.S.R. as an index and a control tool of the livability in housing project. For this purpose, the performance items which make up the livability of housing are categorised, and in them, the items the level of which can be represented by O.S.R. are clarified.And then, the attribute of O.S.R. is investigated through analysing the correlation with other indices of properties of housing project. |
