Abstract The purpose of this study is to provide data of architectural programming in designing special school for the physically handicapped. To this end, the children's study activities in 7 school have been investigated and the characteristics of the study activities are analyzed with regard to the usage of learning spaces. As a result of this study, the findings may be summarized as follows.1) The mode of study activities are multivarious.2) A variety of learning spaces are required.
