Variation of Satisfaction factors in Low Income Housing Projects by their Locations |
| Abstract |
The efforts to rationalize planning process of commodity building utilizing the results of Post Occupancy Evaluation have been remarkable.However, to be done efficiently, the results should be used after identifying the generality and speciality of the projects.Among others, locational difference is one of most typical speciality elements in physical planning, which might affect on the result of POE.To identify the locational differences, housing projects for similiar socioeconomic status with same objectives and design located in Kwangju, Mokpo, Yeosu are selected to compare the difference in satisfaction factors.As results, though some important information can be gained by POE in general, remarkable differences in found by the characteristics and size of cities, or in-site conditions. |
