A Study on the Prevention of Deterioration of Apartment Building |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to identify physical deterioration and influence of deterioration on the residential performance of apartment bldgs, and to prepare basic data for deterioration.The study samples consisted of 360 household of apartment sites with time series selected among the listed apartments in Incheon using the proportional stratified sampling method. This research consist of 31 items for unit.The results are as follows. First, for prevention and preservation to deterioration, it needs improvement in design, guarantee of construction quality and technical management system. Second, finding is that most suitable maintenance and preservation plans must be presented by quantitative analysis.Finally, repair-mending direction must be rational and efficient, and stable construction method. |
