| Abstract |
This Study Aims to offer basic date for development of the 3 generations sharing house, through finding out the relationship between family characteristics of the middle aged and housing needs, and variales which influence to selecting the 3 generations sharing house in the case of the middle aged living in the medium and small cities.For this study questionnaires were used to 1029 people all over the country.Housing needs of the middle aged for 3 generations sharing house are as follow.1. They prefer the "Space-compromise type" to the "space-separative type" in planning the house.2. They prefer living in one house with their parents to separted two houses.3. They are interested in the interior facilities and neighourhood environment of the 3 generations sharing house.Their family characteristics influence to selecting the house. |
