| Abstract |
공사의 혼용, 부분적인 공간변용 등을 통하여 생활의 균형을 유지할 수 있는 방향으로 최대한 활용하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 특징으로서는 첫째, 공간의 입체적인 활용을 유도함으로써 좁은 공간을 최대한 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 평면계획이 아닌 공간계획을 해주어야 한다. 둘째, 소형 아파트에서의 소위 DK형은 맞지 않음을 볼 수 있다. 우리나라의 식사행위는 단란의 한 유형으로서 큰방에서 식사가 매우 빈번하여(특히 겨울) 식침분리가 되지 않고 있다. 셋째, 난방방식은 연탄아궁이, 새마을 보일러, 연탄 보일러, 기름 보일러, 가스 보일러 등이 있으나 연탄 보일러는 경제적인 공간의 효율적 이용의 측면에서 문제가 많아 소형에서는 부적합한 것으로 판단되고 나머지 형식은 여건에 따라 설치할 수 있도록 미리 고려되어야 한다. ; The purpose of the study lies on an understanding the actual dwelling pattern throughout the field study on the activities taking places the actual dwelling needs and space usage of the occupants in apartment housing. Above all the study analyzes the changing patterns of housing space developed by the occupants in their inhabitation process. The work focuse on public housing built in 1970's, those in 1980's on Seoul, Pusan and Kwangju area. Results of this study saw that the residents:-maximaze the dwelling unit space three dimensionally-utilize the Apartment House form with a positive change-need a lot of time to have a good dwelling quality-develop new techniques in their convenience, but the designers are not easy to consider them before.The resident have stability with various changing method in Apartment housing and the relationship between the form of dwelling space and the dwelling behavior is cooperative. |
