A Study on the development of Optimum Design System of Apartment in View of the Life Cycle Cost |
| Abstract |
The principal contents of this study, which has tried to set up and apply the Optimum Design System of Apartment in view of LCC, are as follows.(1) LCC system composed of 4 sub-system is established in this study, such as reasonable unit size decision system, alternative generation system, alternative LCC analysis system final alternative selection system. And sensitivity analysis is used final alternative.(2) The reasonable size of unit plan is obtained by;(3) A total cost in interior and exterior walls is obtained by this equation;(4) The value of LCC/IC in this study is 1.33. It is smaller than the other studies'outcomes. That is caused by the fact that it is excluded facilites operating cost which has important weight and the inflation rate(2%) which was forecasted by the government is applied, whereas the real inflation was average 10%. |
