Abstract This study aims to verify the importance of financial supports for middle class in housing market.The comparison model is developed to clarify the relationship between family size, floor space, price and affordability. It is useful to devise variable interest rate which could supports purchasing ability of demanders. OSR(open space ratio) and TLSR(total living space ratio) are suggested to guarantee the qaulity of living standard. The floor space decides price according to function as below.
