In contrast, down Cincinnati(including several other cities)has been thriving since the skywalk system has been quietly evolving and changing land use pattern in the CBD. The evolution of the system stems from the primary recognition that the urban center(CBD) which offers the region'soverall accessibility andprovides a variety of concentrateal urban activity should be planned to maintain compactness and high density to encourage humaninteraction and communication and to increase productivity.
