| Abstract |
When we plan the apartment houses, we must consider the running cost of the mechanical equipments as well as the initial cost of them. Six apartment groups were selected and the elements concerning the running cost of the mechanical equipments were investigated and analysed as follow. 1.The initial cost of the heating equipment. 2.The investigation on the maintenance of the heating system of the apartment houses. 3.The investigation on the economical factors. 4.Economical difference according to the kinds of fules. 5.Fuel consumption for cookings. |
