Residential behavior analysis for urban housing model development |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to offer useful information for the development of urban model concerning selection of residential location and establishment of housing policy which is analysed residential behavior using interview data.For analusis, We use Factor Analysis, Cross Tabulatios of Statistical Analysis System and Non-linear Maximum Likdlyhood Estimate Method of Logit Model.The results of this study are as follows;Fist, Housing comsumption composes environment of housing market which is composed by an elastic housing consuming pattern with income and price.Second, A bicameral policy of housing market puts in operation for an increase of rental housing.Third, Supporting methods of residential price deduction, rental expence support conceive for insurance of the lowest dewelling cost of living. |
