| Abstract |
The research on the cost estimate according to the design process have been being continued by many cost engineers in the construction field. Especially in order to rapidly figure out the construction cost in each design stage and to enhance the precision of cost estimate results several techniques have been used and a number of algorithms introduced.In this point of view, the elemental cost estimate system developed in this research, which uses the current resource-based project database, can rapidly calculate the cost according to the design or the building quality in the preliminary design stage and the drawing revision. |
