| Abstract |
In spite of increasing desire for the improvement of housing conditions as well as quality standard of dwellers, the flaws occured in apartment house, in quantity as well as quality, have not been improved. Therefore, a comprehensive countermeasure should be prepared to shorten the gap.The purpose of this study is to propose the fundamental measures to improve housing condition as well as the maintenance techniques to minimize flaws in apartment house.In this study the current flaws are investigated and analyzed detail cause of flaws are listed by items. |
