Abstract |
This paper presents the loss and characteristic comparison with Three-Level Converter and Full-Bridge Converter. In previous paper, Three-Level Converter was more suitable than Full-Bridge Converter for high voltage application because switch voltage stress was decreased. The comparative study of loss analyses, soft-switching range and efficiency-characteristic of Three-Level Converter and Full-Bridge Converter are rare. This paper shows the main reason of efficiency-diminution compares Three-Level Converter with and Full-Bridge Converter. Also, the loss analysis of each component and the various losses in the circuit are assessed in this paper. The result of the analysis is verified with 2.5[㎾] prototype. |
