Abstract	This paper proposes a new method which can calculates nodal price as an economic signal at non-optimal operation. By using pseudo constraints in 11 cases, we calculate shadow price and nodal price based on non-optimal operation. By comparing shadow price and nodal prices based on optimal and non-optimal operation, effectiveness of the method is verified.
