Abstract |
Renewable Energy Sources(RES) has disadvantages that it can cause a variation of the voltage and frequency in the power system because the output of RES is depending on the nature. Recently in order to solve these problems, many researches are in progress, in particular research of Battery Energy Storage System(BESS) has been active to stabilize the output. However, conventional research has still inherent limitation to control the voltage and frequency separately. In this paper, a method to control the voltage and frequency at the same time is proposed using ElectoMagnetic Transients Program(EMTP) and the proposed method is verified by simulation. |
