Abstract |
The fuel cell-battery hybrid system has a structure that charges battery into a fuel cell and transfers energy. In this paper, control method according th the voltage drop of the fuel cell output voltage which supplies from non-insulated type buck-boost converter will be explained as a power conversion device which has purpose to charge the fuel cell power into the battery. The hydrogen fuel cell forklift applies a method of recycle the hydrogen discharged to the outside in order to increase the utilization rate in the same method as the hydrogen electric vehicle. It proposes a control method that calculates the normal voltage drop according th the temperature, current density of the fuel cell and causes the breakdown resulted from low voltage generated by hydrogen recirculation. The fuel cell stack and battery interlocking test and forklift mounted drive test were verified through the experiment. |
