Abstract |
Recently, E-4WD drive system with a plug-in hybrid has received attention, which is the system with an engine to the front wheels and a drive motor to the rear wheel. The permanent magnet is applied to the drive motor which is mounted to the rear wheel. The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor has a very good performance, however, it has a rather large disadvantage which it shows a large noise and vibration. In this paper, the method to reduce the torque ripple related to the vibration and the noise of the driving motor was designed. The detailed design for the permanent magnet and the barrier shape to reduce torque ripple was done, and it was designed specifically to optimize the model with experimental design and response surface method. With the best designed model, we verified the validity of the paper by the evaluation. |
