Abstract LNG Combined Heat and Power(CHP) has the more efficient advantage over the separate supply of heat and electricity to the customers resulting from generating heat and power simultaneously. Therefore it is known as the high efficient equipment and can reduce total gas consumption from national perspective. Most of papers on the CHP economic analysis are written from the financial perspective of company itself. From the perspective of company, sales revenue analysis based on revenue and expenditure in terms of electric charge plays the important role in benefit-cost analysis. However this paper presents the economic analysis based on the benefit-cost analysis of CHP from national perspective. The result shows that only high capacity CHP, especially 500MW, is more economical than typical fossil-fired generators and gas boilers.
