Abstract |
In this paper, we want to simulate glass greenhouse using natural and artificaial light. For the simulation of glass-greenhouse structure, we placed an outer shell and inner pillar based on actural greenhouse design. The simulation parameters were material and transmittance of the roof and side windows, the size of the window frame, etc. As a result, it was confirmed that the average illuminanace value showed markedly low when the roof transmittance was 31.5% or less, while that was more affected by the transmittance change of the side window than the variation of the roof. Through this study, the properties such as material and shape of the glass greenhouse were investigated to utilize natural light efficiently. |
