Abstract |
Electric vehicles (EVs) have characteristics of high variability depending on the charging pattern of the consumer. Charging demand would rapidly increase or a new maximum demand could occur, which can cause instability of the electric power system. In this paper, we propose practical strategies of EV charging demand dispersion for enhancing power system. Renewable energy forecasting power outputs and energy storage system (ESS) for EV charging demand dispersion are considered. |
