Abstract |
With increasing interest in healthcare services that manage health information in smart homes, the number of complex and diverse sensors in residential areas is increasing. However, when compared with the speed of development of IT devices, the architectural factors have a long life cycle and are slow to cope with the emergence of new IT devices. Therefore, smart devices are installed in a dwelling space in messy condition. For AAL(Ambient Assisted Living) to realize unconstrained, realistic, real-time, bidirectional services, it is necessary to design a fusion of residential space and IT devices. In the previous study, we designed an AAL frame, which is an infrastructure to accommodate electricity and communication lines. In this study, we design an AAL module which is a space to store devices in association with AAL frames. Considering the existing indoor finishing method, we review the location and space to embed the device, and propose a module that can be easily attached and detached while electricity and communication are transmitted. |
