Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the maximum demand power improvement effect by applying the charging reservation system to the electric vehicle charging infrastructure of apartments complex. Previous studies have shown that EV charging power can affect existing power systems by 2030, when EVs will become widespread. This study analyzed the maximum demand power improvement effect by applying EV charging reservation system to EV charging infrastructure demonstration complex of apartment in Jeju Island. As a result, the peak charging time shifted from 19:00 to 22:00 to 0:00 to 01:00 after applying the charge reservation system, and It was analyzed that the charging peak power was reduced by 20%. In the future, it is desirable to actively use a reserved charging system that shows the effect of reducing the maximum charging power. |
