Abstract |
In this paper, a dynamic impedance calculating method of capacitive discharge lamp is proposed from the attenuation coefficient and oscillation frequency of the voltage waveform. The voltage waveform is divided into sections between peaks and valleys to calculate resistance and capacitance values at each point. The dynamic resistance and capacitance values are calculated from an actual discharge lamp system, and the validity is confirmed by comparing the calculated phase angles and the measured phase angles. As for the dynamic impedance of the lamp measured in this paper, the lamp resistance gradually increased up to the 3/4 point of the half-cycle and then decreased sharply, and the lamp capacitance remained constant up to the 2/3 point of the half-cycle and then decreased. |
