| Abstract |
In this paper, in order to improve the shielding performance in the field of biomagnetic measurement sensitive to external noise, we designed a Dewar to install a SQUID sensor with a resolution of 100fT or less, and a 3-axis Helmholtz coil to generate canceling magnetic field against external noise.
