Abstract |
To reduce the size and material cost of the inverter system including the motor drive, it is very efficient to apply an ultra-high-speed motor that increases the rotation speed of the motor and a sensorless control method with the smallest number of inverter sensors. The DC-link current sensor method drive is mostly implemented with sensorless inverters to reduce material cost and inverter size at this time a measurement delay occurs due to the effect of the dead zone and the stabilization time during current sensing. Due to this effect, a delay occurs during current sampling, which is a big problem when driving a high-speed motor. In this paper, the optimal control of ultra-high-speed motors through current sampling delay compensation control is introduced and verified through experiments. |
