Abstract |
This paper proposes an automatic advanced angle algorithm for the high-speed operation region control of 7-phase BLDC motor. when the 7-phase BLDC motor is operated at high speed, phase current delay occurs with respect to the phase of the back-emf due to the increase of the reactance component of the phase winding, so that the torque ripple and the speed control performance are greatly deteriorated. This paper can calculate the effective voltage and automatically apply the required advanced angle. By using the voltage equation, advanced angle control for stable operation is performed through setting the angle limiter. |
