Abstract |
The current SAIDI seeks to achieve 6.64 minutes by 2020 by applying a trend analysis based on past performance. This is the same national target. However, the same target value causes an imbalance in maintenance costs to maintain appropriate supply reliability by region. Thus, it is necessary to establish a differential SAIDI target per region for effective control. In this paper we developed an algorithm that can derive the optimal SAIDI per region and applied it to the distribution system of Korea Electric Power System to derive optimal SAIDI per region. |
