Abstract |
Electric vehicles (EVs) have the characteristics of connecting to the power system for charge. Concentration of charging demand at one point can cause instability of the power system. Therefore, it is important to install EV charging stations in appropriate locations considering the expected charging demand of the candidate sites. A spatial approach is required to predict charging demand of EVs that is dynamic load which moves geographically through users. In this paper, we propose the charging demand prediction of EVs for determining the new EV charging stations for charging demand dispersion. Charging demand prediction is implemented by Ordinary Kriging based on geographic information. |
