Abstract |
The importance of renewable energy in the power generation sector is increasing worldwide in response to greenhouses gases. South Korea is also trying to expand the proportion of renewable energy based on the "Renewable Energy 3020". Wind power generation which is variable power source, can affect the system reliability if it is integrated to the existing system. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics and variation of wind power affected meteorological factors. In this paper, we develope integrating scenarios considering characteristics and variation of wind power outputs and simulate Jeju power system according to particular scenarios. |
